"In the South" - Vacanta de Paste

    Astazi vom incheia ziua de lucru putin mai devreme si vom declara oficial vacanta de Paste! Am ales sa postez un outfit putin mai festiv in spiritul acestei arbatori. Este vorba de o rochita de dantela "light yellow" de la Ma'moiselle Couture pe care am ales s-o port ca fusta impreuna cu un pulover de la Zara. 

    

    Eu am inceput ziua foarte devreme (m-am trezit la 5:45 AM) si dupa cateva ore pe care le voi petrece la birou voi pleca sa-mi petrec sarbatorile impreuna cu familia in sudul tarii (In the South  :)) asta ma duce cu gandul la Savannah in timpul Razboiului Civil in anii 1864). Nu stiu daca ziua o voi incheia tot asa devreme avand in vedere cate lucruri ma asteapta pana a reusi sa ajung sa ma bag in pat dar cel putin sper s-o inchei intr-o forma tot atat de buna pe cat am inceput-o!

    Pana data viitoare sper sa va bucurati de un weekend mai putin ploios si de tocuri cat mai inalte (nu stiu de ce am zis asta...aaa ca sa nu va udati la picioare :)  ... trebuie sa ma pun sa-mi beau cafea ca nu prea au sens propozitiile mele )  

    Va doresc tuturor Sarbatori Fericite, multa liniste in suflete si in camin!

Pink and Brown

[EN] When styling some items I always go with my hunch. I almost never wear something if I had to think of what to wear. I had some situations that I had no clue what to wear and tried a very studied outfit but almost always felt very unconformable and change to the first option. So if you have asked me if you should wear brown with pink I would probably raise a eyebrow and looked at you  wired but when I've put this soft brown leather jacket over the pink angora sweater it felt very natural.

   Actually if you don't want to mess something up just copy nature. If I have doubts in some color combinations I always think if I have saw this colors, hues together in nature. Pink and brown? Just take a look at Prunus 'Serrulata', one of my favorite tree during springtime. I will attache a picture below. I've rest my case. You won't see any mistakes in nature.

             


                         So this was my inspiration for this outfit:

[RO]  Niciodata nu ma gandesc prea mult cand vine vorba sa concep un outfit. Intodeauna ma bazez pe instinct. De foarte putine ori mi s-a intamplat sa nu ma pot decide, iar dupa un outfit foarte studiat mi-am dat seama ca nu ma simt confortabil si am revenit la prima varianta.

    De cate ori am avut dubii in privinta anumitor combinatii de culori tot timpul m-am lasat inspirata de natura si m-am gandit daca am vazut aceasta combinatie in jurul meu. N-ai cum sa dai gres cu ceva natural, ce este creat de natura.

   Asa ca pentru astazi, sursa de inspiratie au fost minunatii copaci de pe malul Begai ce primavara fac intai niste flori minunate, roz. Combinatia intre rozul delicat al florilor si scoarta bruna a copacilor formeaza un ansamblu ce inspira delicatete si forta in acelasi timp. Am atasat la inceputul postarii o poza cu acesti copaci care sunt preferatii mei pe toata perioada primaverii.

Over and over again

[EN]  For some reason I don't want to wear anything else except these boots! I absolutely adore them. I felt the same thing about this sweater since the first day I've bought it. I couldn't take it off. I just wore it, and wore it for a whole month and a half.

[RO]  Daca s-ar putea as purta cizmele acestea in fiecare zi, toata ziua. Acelasi lucru s-a intamplat si cu puloverul acesta, l-am purtat o luna si jumatate intr-un mod obsedant, l-am combinat cu jumatate din intreaga mea gareroba, inca mi-am cumparat inca unul, alta culoare :).  Asa ca o sa mai vedeti destul de des aceste cizme pe blog!

    In alta ordine de idei, ca aduceti aminte ca va povesteam de un proiect foarte colorat, plin de voie buna si distractiv, pe care l-am demarat si am cooptat intreaga echipa The Street? Wrapping up

 [EN]  Thank God it was such a light winter. These photos where taken during a very special photo session. As I told you previously our team is working on a very nice project.

    So during the change of clothes and locations I threw this knit-sweater over me. Don't worry, I  was wearing clothes underneath but I just don't want to show you what yet.  

   Anyway we had a lot of fun that day and I can't wait to show you what it was about.

[RO]  Ne-am bucurat de o iarna foarte usoara, si asta nu putea decat sa fie in avantajul tuturor. Noi nu ne-am mai infofolit, ajungeam dimineata la timp la  lucru, autoritatile nu s-au facut de ras ca  nu au facut fata catorva fulgi de zapada, copiii nu s-au imbolnavit, si cateii nu au inghetat pe strazi.

    Pozele astea le-am facut in timpul unei sedinte foto (un proiect special la care am lucrat impreuna cu echipa pe care o sa vi-l prezentam in curand) intre shimburi de outfit-uri si de locatii. Nu va faceti griji, aveam haine pe sub pulover, doar ca inca nu va arat ce.

    In orice caz, ne-am distrat copios in ziua aceea, iar rezultatul a depasit asteptarile mele.

In curand o sa impartasesc cu voi misterul!

Positive!

Buna dimineata!

     Ce poate fi mai placut decat sa te trezesti dimineata, sa vezi soarele pe fereastra si sa stii ca n-ai nimic important de facut? Iti suni doua, trei prietene si iesiti la o cafea. Poate putin fashion gossip, boyfriend gossip si dupa aceea, poate o mica sesiune de shopping... La sfarsit va mai opriti pentru a lua o gustare inainte de a va indrepta fiecare spre casa, unde va pregatiti pentru o seara placuta in oras impreuna cu iubitul. Eu una as prefera un cocktail intr-un bar.
Ohhh... ce frumoasa este viata! Tot ce trebuie sa faci ca sa te bucuri de fiecare zi este sa ai putina imaginatie si sa fentezi tot ce merge prost in viata ta.

    Astazi am purtat o tinuta destul de banala, nu se evidentiaza cu nimic deosebit dar totusi m-am simtit atat de bine purtand-o. Am accesorizat-o putin, ceea ce se intampla destul de rar, cu doua coliere, ambele primite cadou.

    What could be greater that wakening up in the morning and see the sun shinning outside your window? Call up your girlfriends and meet them for coffee and maybe for some gossip. Fashion gossip, boyfriend gossip and after that maybe a little shopping spree. After you're done shopping go for brunch and after a quit bite go home and prepare yourself for a hot date with your boo. I would love a cocktail in a bar!

    This life deserves being lived. If you want to live this life all you have to do is have a little imagination and don't let the small nasty things stay in your way!

Pink attitude!

Hello, hello!

  

   How are you doing? I had a very busy week, planning a lot of things!

       

     I was thinking, as time passed by, and I am talking about years passing by , that you need a lot of good spirit or positive attitude or as I say pink attitude, to get over every bad thing or disappointment you had in your life!

     If you are not ready to live alone on a wild beach or in a big city as New York, Hong Kong or Tokyo surrounded  by millions but no one close to you, you have to think pink. If this is hard to do then wear a little bit of pink to remind you to stay positive.

    

     Actually I am not a very big fan of pink garments but somehow I ended up with quite a  few in my wardrobe!
