Bye bye!

[EN] Here are some of my last summer outfits! Finally it is over, I mean summer is over. That means is time for my favorite season, autumn. Can't wait for the earthy tones, dark colors, super chic coats and ankle boots... ohhh can't wait for the hot chocolates and cappuccino's  and the falling leafs....

So please take a good look at this summer outfits because their time is over!

[RO] Aceasta este una dintre ultimele mele tinute de vara. Ma bucur nespus de mult ca in sfarsit o sa se termine nebunia asta, caldura, praful, aerul incins... Gata! In sfarsit este timpul pentu culorile tomnatice, trenciuri elegante si botine cu toc inalt. De-abia astept dupa-amiezile cu ciocolata calda si cappuccino si cu tot decorul ce vine la pachet cu toamna.

Pana atunci va las sa va uitati bine la fotografii, pentru ca nu va voi mai arata mult timp tinute de vara!

Road trip part I

[EN]  As I have promised you two weeks ago, here are some pictures from my last weekend's road trips. I went to visit Sibiu and Paltinis and let me tell you that I had a great couple of days. The weather was perfect, Sibiu is my favorite city in Romania and the afternoon we spent in Paltinis Resort, Victoria accommodation was perfect. I strongly recommend you to visit Sibiu city and surroundings. It is absolutely beautiful!

[RO]  Asa cum v-am promis saptamana trecuta, revin cu cateva fotografii din ultima excursie. Am visitat Sibiul si am urcat o zi si la Paltinis, si trebuie sa spun ca au fost cateva zile de deconectare bine-meritata. Am avut parte de o vreme minunata in orasul meu preferat din Tara, Sibiu, si am mai reusit sa urcam si la Paltinis unde ne-am putut bucura de niste privelisti minunate. Daca sunteti in zona si vreti sa petreceti 2 zile in care sa va simtiti extraordinar, va recomand Pensiune Paltinis. Va puteti bucura de o atmosfera foarte relaxanta, cel mai exigent standard de curatenie (si aici nu exagerez cu nimic), o tersa cu o priveliste minunata spre partie, padure si spre pajistile muntoase, mancare preparata in casa si foarte gustoasa si lista poate continua, dar mai bine ar fi sa va convingeti singuri.

Va doresc o saptamana minunata!

Almost... Monday!

[EN] I just came back from a short vacation. Let's hope I'll get the pictures taken these past days ready to be uploaded on the blog soon. Until then just let me tell you that I had a great time and a perfect weather.

    For this Monday I have prepared another summer weekend outfit. These pictures were taken last week or so, I am not very sure, but what I am sure of is that it was an unbearable afternoon. It was so hot and the atmosphere was so wet. It was so difficult to breathe. Let's hope the summer is all most over and the lovely autumn afternoons are just a couple of weeks ahead.

I was wearing Joop shirt, Stradivarius shorts and sandals and Vulpilandia necklace!

  [RO] Zilele astea am avut parte de o scurta vacanta. Am ajuns acasa acum cateva ore si inca nu am terminat de despachetat, asa ca de poze nici nu se pune problema inca, dar promit sa ma ocup zilele acestea de ele ca undeva spre mijlocul saptamanii sa impartasesc cu voi cateva imagini de prin locurile pe care le-am vizitat.

    Pentru astazi am pregatit o alta tinuta perfecta pentru weekendurile toride de vara. Pozele acestea au fost facute saptamana trecuta, sau asa ceva. Ce stiu sigur e faptul ca era o dupa-amiaza sufocabila, temperatura era in jur de 38 de grade si umiditatea aerului era foarte ridicata (cea mai urata combinatie posibila). Sper ca in curand sa dispara amintirea aceasta neplacuta a zilelor de vara si sa ne putem bucura de dupa-amieze placute de toamna cu seri racoroase si un milion de culori pe fiecare metru patrat de vegetatie.

1 st Anniversary!

[EN] Well... last year, today, I had my first blog post ever, so Happy Anniversary The Street! When I fist started this blog I had something else in mind, I didn't thought of it as a personal style blog but more of a street style blog.

    

     I didn't knew much about blogging that day, I didn't had a camera, a photographer, a stylist, sponsors, blogger friends, nothing... and now I realize how much I had to gain by launching this blog! I met a lot of people, I have developed new friendships (I bought a lot of new clothes), I lost a lot of weight and the list could go on.

I want to thank my dear friend Klaudia for her support and for the fact that she never told me "no", and my husband for letting me have one day a week only for myself ever since I launched The Street!

So this being said, please find below the photos from my latest photoshoot!

[RO] Acum un an incarcam prima mea postare pe acest blog! Asa ca La multi Ani, The Street! Initial mi-am dorit altceva de la acest blog, si l-am gandit ca pe un blog de street style si nu personal style, ceea ce a devenit.

    Nu stiam prea multe despre ce inseamna un blog, nu aveam un aparat de fotografiat, un fotograf, stilisti, sponsori... nimic. Acum realizez cat de mult am avut de castigat de pe urma acestui blog. Am cunoscut foarte, foarte multi oameni noi, mi-am facut prieteni noi, am strans relatiile cu cativa oameni din jurul meu, mi-am cumparat foarte multe hainute, m-am motivat si am slabit cateva kilograme, am primit lucruri pe gratis :), discount-uri,  si lista poate continua.

    In primul rand vreau sa-i multumesc prietenei mele Klaudia pentru ajutorul pe care mi l-a dat in toata aceasta perioada si fara de care calitatea blogului meu era una muuult mai slaba, si  de asemenea sotului meu pentru ca timp de un an, o zi din weekend mi-am rezervat-o doar pentru mine, prietenele si blogul meu.

    Acestea fiind spuse va las cu pozele de mai sus care sunt rezultatul ultimelei sedinte foto!

Ding, ding, dong!

[EN] As I was telling you in the preview post I really needed some luck. And it looks like, that after all, I am lucky! I've got my wish, well at least half a wish but is still a major thing for me. From now on let's hope things will get back to normal at least regarding my activity on the blog.
 
    A few weeks ago I heard one of my colleague saying something very funny at that moment, but I realize that I was dreaming to say  it too, and mean it.
So finally the day had come for me to say it too :

  "Fuck this shit, I am going home "

And so I did!

[RO] Cum va spuneam si in postarea anterioara aveam nevoie de putin noroc. Si se pare ca am avut! Mi s-a indeplinit dorinta, ca sa fiu sincera jumatate de dorinta, dar totusi este o realizare destul de mare. Sa speram ca de acum inainte lucrurile vor intra pe un fagas normal, cel putin in ceea ce priveste activitatea mea pe blog.

    Acum cateva zile am auzit o colega de lucru spunand ceva foarte amuzant la momentul acela si am realizat ca si eu imi doresc sa spun acelasi lucru, si sa vorbesc serios.

In engleza suna cam asa: "Fuck this shit, I am going home ", iar in traducere libera ceva de genul: "La naiba cu toate, eu plec acasa".

    In sfarsit ziua aceasta a venit, si fix asa am facut!

[EN] Somebody once said that good thing happen to good people, but somehow I find it hard to believe it. Most of the time I am a good girl (maybe I have one day/month when I am a little b^%$h) and I have the feeling that a lot of bad things happened to me. At some point in life you risk to get frustrated because people around you talk about how lucky they are and you never, at least, found a dime on the street.

Anyways... I wrote this words so I can always go back to this post and remember how bad I wanted some thing to happen, and who knows, maybe this time I will be lucky and it would happen to me! And if this would come true I have to remember to appreciate it.

[RO] O vorba spune ca lucrurile bune se intampla oamenilor buni, dar eu nu sunt intr-u totul de acord. In cea mai mare parte a timpului ma consider un om bun, corect, indulgent si cu toate acestea nu sunt in stare sa gasesc nici macar doi lei pe strada. La un moment dat in viata risti sa devii frustrat deoarece oamenii din  jurul tau vorbesc de cat de norocosi sunt ca li s-a intamplat cutare si cutare lucru si tu nu te poti "lauda" decat cu ghinioanele tale.

In orice caz am scris aceste randuri ca sa ma pot intoarce oricand la aceasta postare si sa-mi aduc aminte de cat de tare imi doeam sa fiu norocoasa de data asta. Si in cazul in care voi fii norocoasa, sa incerc sa apreciez acest lucru asa cum se cuvine.
